noise or music?

What is that line between what is considered as noise or heard as music? Rhythm? Frequency? Tempo? All these characteristics and more can be involved.
There is the matter of what we consider as pleasant vs unpleasant. Cultural differences also play a part in this.
And time too plays a role, in newer forms which include the atonal, or the unmelodic.
The noise of today may be the music of tomorrow. And who can say which will be seen as either, as the hearing of sounds is a very personal experience.
Maybe in the end, it is best that we approach it, in whatever form it may take, with an open mind and ear.
