What is that line between what is seen as noise or heard as music? Rhythm? Frequency? Tempo? All are involved.
There is the matter of what we consider as pleasant vs unpleasant. And cultural differences also play a part.
And time too plays a role, in newer forms which include the atonal, the unmelodic.
The noise of today may be the music of tomorrow. And who can say which will be which either as the hearing of sounds is a very personal experience.
MAybe in the end it is best that we approach it, in what ever form it may take, with an open mind and ear.
